Off the Lens

Want to get out and see the city in a new light? In this photo-based workshop, you’ll hit the streets with our instant thermal print cameras, capturing people, places and unexpected details. Then, once back at the studio, you’ll turn these images into bold, expressive posters.

Working individually or in pairs, you’ll collage your thermal prints into a two-colour A3 composition. You can, also, use drawing materials or mark-making tools to bring extra layers and energy to your design.

From a selection of 6 eye-popping inks, each participant chooses their own combo. We’ll scan your final design and print it using If By Magic’s Risograph printer. Everyone goes home with a complete set of all the group’s posters.
